We’ve all felt the frustration of a never-ending to-do list, where traffic, miscommunication, unpredictable schedules, and inefficient planning - turn simple errands into exhausting tasks.

Meet Aditi.

Aditi is a 20 y/o undergraduate student, studying in Bangalore. She shares a flat with two roommates. Juggles an internship, college, and personal projects.

With the busy lifestyle Aditi has, she sometimes forgets her shopping lists or what her roommates ask her to buy, or she reaches a place to find out it's closed! She is frustrated thinking of other tasks she could have completed in that time.

New parents, students and newlyweds face a similar problem, especially as they adjust to changes in their lifestyle.

Like Aditi, many of us often struggle with efficiently completing tasks. We can say we face broadly two kinds of barriers in the process, external and internal barriers.

External barriers include traffic, transportation, location/store timings, inventory, etc.

Internal barriers include decision-making, procrastination, inefficient scheduling, etc.

78.1%

Of us find it difficult to efficiently finish their tasks with their everyday schedule.

75.6%

Of us feel overwhelmed when they have a long list of to-dos in hand.

70%

Of us would love some assistance to help us prioritise and execute tasks better.

Most people use their mobile phones to keep track of their tasks.

Competitive analysis reveals that helpful data is scattered across different platforms. To know about traffic, one uses Google Maps. To check timings of a store, one uses Google. Then there are traditional to-do apps that provide a checklist for your task management. A calendar app saves other events and meetings.

A stakeholder analysis reveals that to-do apps currently have lower influence and impact than is desirable. Users want more, they want assistance in completing tasks - therefore not just noting it down, but helping them execute it through.

Problem Statement:

Young adults often face internal (procrastination, poor planning, inefficient prioritisation of tasks, etc.) or external barriers (traffic, transportation, crowd, timings, etc.) to completion of everyday tasks.
